All orders are delivered via Econt and include an option for inspection upon delivery.
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days from after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns.

According to Article 57, point 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, products that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
