RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon with a representative of Miss Swimmellow.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or scratches.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- It must be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
According to Article 57, point 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, products that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear and swimwear unless the item is defective. Thank you for your understanding!
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please contact us in advance at miss@swimmellow.com, mentioning your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or unsealed
- Items that are not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior notice
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, return and re-shipping costs will be covered by us.
REFUNDS
For approved returns, we will issue a refund within 7 (seven) business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds for orders paid via credit or debit card will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. No alternative refund methods are available.
