1. RIGHT OF
RETURN

You may
request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be
accepted, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

- The
swimsuit must be unused, unwashed, and show no signs of wear

- The
hygiene sticker must be intact

- All
original tags must be attached

- The item
must be returned in its original packaging

- The
product must be free of odors (perfume, creams, sunscreen) and stains

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, returns will
not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or the product has been
worn.

⚠️ Items purchased as a set (top +
bottom) must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted.

2. EXCHANGE

We offer
product exchanges.

If you would
like a different size or model, please:

in advance to confirm availability

confirmation from our side, you will receive instructions for return and
exchange.

3. HOW TO
RETURN A PRODUCT

To return a
product:

- Fill out
the return form (if included in the package)

- Place it
together with the item in the package

- Send the
parcel to the address listed below

4. RETURN
COSTS

- Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is
defective or sent by mistake

- You may
use a courier of your choice

MissSwimMellow is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

⚠️ In case of incomplete returns
(e.g., missing part of a set), the request may be refused.

5. REFUNDS

Once the
returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed within
7–10 business days.

- The amount
will be refunded via the original payment method

- Initial
shipping costs are non-refundable

- Additional
services (e.g., express delivery) are also non-refundable 

Delays may
occur depending on the bank or payment provider.

6. DEFECTIVE
OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you
receive a defective or incorrect product:

within 48 hours of delivery

- Send

How to Care for Your MissSwimMellow

1. Rinse immediately after wearing
After each use, rinse your swimsuit with cold water to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen.

2. Hand wash
Use lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Avoid using a washing machine and harsh detergents.

3. Do not wring or scrub
Gently squeeze out the water without twisting to preserve the shape and elasticity.

4. Air dry
Let the swimsuit dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight and tumble drying.

5. Avoid rough surfaces
Contact with rocks, concrete, or wood may damage the fabric.
